Join Adams 12 Five Star Schools, in partnership with Dr. Sameer Hinduja, a Professor in the School of Criminology and Criminal Justice at Florida Atlantic University and Co-Director of the Cyberbullying Research Center, for an important educational event designed to equip parents and caregivers to support youth safety and well-being in the digital world.
We’ll begin online at 6:00 p.m. with a guided learning session that will equip participants with practical tools and insights to help youth navigate social media, gaming, and online spaces safely.
A moderated Q&A of approximately 30 minutes will follow, giving attendees the chance to ask questions and discuss strategies with the presenters.

Understanding the online environments popular with youth today
Recognizing and responding to bullying, cyberbullying, sexting, digital dating abuse, generative AI harms, and related problem behaviors
Effective ways to talk with children and teens about technology use and online challenges
