Class schedules and teacher assignments are now available in Infinite Campus for families that have completed the online check-in process for their child(ren) and have received an email approval notification. Please note it can take up to 48 hours to process an application. 

Find Teacher Assignments & Class Schedules
To find your child's schedule, a parent/guardian can log into their Infinite Campus (IC) portal account and follow these steps:

  1. Click the menu button (3 dashes) in the top left corner

  2. Click on ‘More’ listed on the left hand side

  3. Under ‘Quick Links’ select ‘Adams 12 Tools

  4. Under 'Student Schedules' click on IC Student Schedule


Haven’t completed the online process?
If you haven’t completed the online check-in process, we encourage you to start the process today. All families with a child in a district school must complete the Online Check-in process in your IC Parent Portal as soon as possible.

To find the Online Check-in process, from the IC home menu, select "more" then select "Online Enrollment/Check-in" then click "start" under the Online Check-in option.

Completing this process confirms two things:

  • Contact information to make sure you receive updates from the district and schools. 

  • Child’s enrollment to allow staff to build appropriate schedules. 

The online check-in process closes on August 7

Things to Note:

  • Students cannot complete the online check-in process, only parents/guardians in the primary household can complete the process in their IC Parent Portal account.

  • If you forgot your login information, reset your username and/or password

  • For online check-in assistance or help locating your child’s class schedule, please contact your child’s specific school directly.
